Our Story

The Artisan Gift Boxes was founded by Catherine Cledelin, whose career in corporate gifting spans more than 15 years.

For more than 15 years, we’ve helped businesses strengthen relationships through thoughtful gifting. Before launching The Artisan Gift Boxes, Catherine owned The Basket Case, a successful gift basket company in downtown New Orleans, serving conventions, hotels, event planners, and corporate clients nationwide. The company was featured in The Wall Street Journal and New Orleans CityBusiness for its commitment to quality and customer service.

After Hurricane Katrina brought devastating loss to New Orleans, Catherine rebuilt both personally and professionally. That experience shaped the values behind The Artisan Gift Boxes: resilience, gratitude, and an unwavering commitment to creating gifts that strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression.
