Shipping Policy

We proudly ship across the United States from our studio in Austin, Texas.


🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping is not included in the product price. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's location, box size, and selected shipping method. We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers to best meet your needs.


⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


📦 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected.
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays in transit.

🚚 Bulk & Local Delivery Options

  • Bulk shipping is available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

  • Hand delivery is available within the Austin, TX metropolitan area.

  • We also deliver bulk corporate orders to Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston, Texas.


🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check all shipping address details at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


📦 Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will follow this re-shipping protocol:

  1. We’ll notify you via email and/or phone with the reason for the return (e.g., invalid address, declined by recipient, or not picked up).

  2. You provide an updated, valid shipping address.

  3. We inspect the gift and reassemble if needed to ensure presentation is intact.

  4. We repackage the gift using new materials and a new shipping box.

🧾 Re-shipping Fee:

  • $15 repackaging & handling fee

  • Plus the actual UPS shipping cost

An invoice will be sent via email. Once paid, we will re-ship your gift within 2 business days.

If payment is not received within 5 business days, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of The Artisan Gift Boxes.
If no response is received within 10 business days of our initial notification, the gift is also deemed unclaimed.
No refunds or credits will be issued in either case.
