This website is operated by The Artisan Gift Boxes. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Artisan Gift Boxes. This website (the “Website”) is intended solely for individuals and businesses wishing to review, consider, purchase, or otherwise engage in commercial transactions involving The Artisan Gift Boxes.

By visiting our Website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These terms apply to all users of the site including, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement, you may not access the Website or use any services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Modifications to Terms

The Artisan Gift Boxes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

U.S. and International Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally via UPS.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 24–72 hours.

  • Bulk shipping is available for a reasonable fee.

  • Hand delivery is available in the Austin, TX metropolitan area.

  • We also deliver bulk corporate orders to Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston, TX.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is not included in the product price and is calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s location, shipping method, and package size.

We no longer offer free shipping.

Returned & Unclaimed Shipments

If a gift is returned as undeliverable:

  • We will notify you with the reason for the return (e.g., invalid address, refused, unclaimed).

  • You must provide a valid new address.

  • We repackage the gift in a new shipping box with fresh materials.

Re-shipping fee: $15 + actual UPS shipping cost.

If unpaid after 5 business days, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes property of The Artisan Gift Boxes. No refunds or credits will be issued. If we receive no response after 10 business days, the gift will be deemed unclaimed.

We are not responsible for gifts unclaimed by hotel guests, recipients, or any third-party handlers once delivery has been completed.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

The Artisan Gift Boxes does not manufacture the food items included in our boxes. All food products are sourced from third-party vendors. Allergens may be present. Customers and recipients should read all labels before consuming. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to food products.

Skin Allergy Disclaimer

Bath and body products are also sourced from third-party vendors. Please read all labels before use. We are not liable for any skin reactions or allergies related to labeled or unlabeled products.

Substitutions

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, of similar style, if an original item is unavailable. If no suitable substitute exists, the item will be omitted, and a credit will be issued.

Warm Weather Shipping

Ordering items subject to melting is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee product condition upon arrival during warm weather and do not offer refunds for melted items.

Product Packaging

Manufacturer packaging may differ from images shown on our website. We are not responsible for changes made by product vendors.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are final sale and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at catherine@theartisangiftboxes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Hotel Deliveries

Once a gift is delivered to hotel personnel, we are no longer responsible for ensuring the guest receives the package. No refunds will be issued for gifts not delivered to the guest by hotel staff. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the hotel’s gift policy and fees.

Marketing & Social Media

We reserve the right to share images of finished gift boxes for marketing purposes on our website, social media, or third-party blogs. We may also include a discreet business card inside each gift.

Pricing & Service Changes

Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at our discretion.

User Content

By submitting comments, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use, modify, or publish them without restriction. You agree not to post offensive, unlawful, or false content and acknowledge your responsibility for anything you post.

Website Accuracy

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice—even after an order is placed.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Website or its content for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
